Shot of Scotch NYC was formed in 2011 as a performance group for experienced, premier-level competitive Scottish Highland dancers. Most of us are transplants to the New York City area who didn’t want to leave Highland dancing behind when we moved here! Some of us are still active competitors; others are dancing for fun and fitness. We perform across the New York City area at parades, parties, tattoos, highland games, and other cultural events.
